At Portuguese Flannel, we honor the craftsmanship of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop in Portugal inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
